The Total Life Cleanse is a program of body detoxification, rejuvenation, and stress reduction, integrating nutrition, mind-body medicine, and the neuro-sciences with the ancient wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. The TLC was created by Jonathan Glass, M.Ac., Lic.Ac., and Dr. Kevin Gregg.

This week's Dallas Observer includes a great story on pg 15 on organic farming/community-supported agriculture (CSAs). Consumers pay a monthly fee or provide labor in exchange for getting a share of the weekly crop, sometimes hand-delivered to their doorstep. D-FW area CSAs include Akin Farms in Terrell.
